Acceptance of Terms

 

By accessing or utilizing Mobile Notary LA’s services ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following terms. If you disagree with these terms, you may not use our services.

 

Description of Service

 

Mobile Notary LA offers notarization services in compliance with California law. We travel to your specified location within Los Angeles County to perform notarizations. Services include verifying identities, witnessing signatures, and maintaining legally required notarial journals.

 

Responsibilities of Clients

 

Clients must provide valid, government-issued identification at the time of notarization. You agree to present accurate information and documents required for notarization and assume full responsibility for the content and authenticity of all documents notarized.

 

Fees and Payments

 

All fees are due upon completion of services unless prearranged invoicing terms are agreed upon. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Novo Bank). Mobile Notary LA does not collect or store your payment details directly.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without charge if notification is provided at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled service. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees.

 

Limitations of Liability

 

Mobile Notary LA is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or validity of the documents presented. Our liability is strictly limited to errors made directly in the performance of our notarization services, subject to applicable California law.

Amendments to Terms
